BI dashboards
Your numbers in one dashboard you can actually read. See what’s happening, spot what needs attention, and make your next move.
From scattered data to a clearer picture.
Power BI includedI turn messy business data and repeat tasks into clear dashboards and useful automations. So you can get back to running your business.
A useful dashboard can start with a few hundred dollars. Your scope comes first. We’ll talk through what yours needs.

You don’t need another tool to manage. You need your numbers, systems, and spreadsheets to make sense.

Power BI includedRepeat tasks, done without you. Complex workflows, simplified and automated.
Less copy-paste. More time for real work.
Built around your workflowClean-up, formulas, and reports, from someone who rebuilt a medical center’s fee schedule in Excel.
Give that complicated workbook a fresh start.
Practical, usable reportingA good dashboard starts with a good question. Here’s one from my own work: what’s real activity, and what’s just noise?
I built a Power BI data model to make sense of activity across my software projects. The first finding: automatic saves were making the work look busier than it was.

Built on real data. This web preview uses figures from the project’s Python validation report. It is not a Power BI screenshot or a live Power BI report.
Which projects were getting real attention? Raw activity counts mixed hands-on work with automatic saves.
Python prepared the data. A Power BI model connected projects, changes, files, and dates. Separate calculations checked the report’s numbers.
41 of 117 changes were human-made. Filtering the noise made the report more useful for deciding where to focus next.
I’ve worked with the billing, spreadsheets, and everyday processes that keep an organization moving. I care about making the finished work useful to the person who has to use it.

Spent a year improving billing and collections for a major Chicago academic medical center.
Trained managers and 70+ staff on better daily workflows. Clear explanations are part of the work.
